United States Headed For A Civil War?
There is a growing divide in US society and politics along old civil war battle lines – and the election could make things worse.
Hey, have you been following the chatter about the U.S. possibly heading towards a "Civil War"? It sounds dramatic, but when you look around, the divide in American society and politics kind of makes you wonder, especially with the upcoming elections potentially stirring the pot even more.
So, back in the day, from 1861 to 1865, the U.S. had this massive throwdown, the Civil War, mostly over slavery, but also about states' rights and how the economy should roll.
Fast forward to today, and people are whispering about a new kind of civil war, not with actual battles (hopefully) but a tug-of-war over the nation's future direction.
Yet, as we have seen lately, it will become a full-blown war as many fight for their independence and freedoms that are being torn away by the left currently.
